The claim can be filed with the Supplier at the specified email address office@kaselect.bg or phone number +359878669954. The period in which the Users can benefit from a return or complaint is 14 days after receiving the shipment.
Before the User exercises his right to a complaint and sends the relevant product/products to the Supplier, he should first contact a Store Representative. When filing a claim, the User may claim a refund of the amount paid, replacement of the product with another one that corresponds to the agreement, a discount on the price or free repair under the terms and conditions of Art. 133 and 114 of the Consumer Protection Act.
The User has the right to replace a purchased product with a selected product/s from the store, and in the Form for exercising the right to a complaint he must mark the desired product/s. When a customer wants to replace a product with another, more expensive one than the one being returned, kaselect.bg deducts the amount initially paid by the customer for the product/s and informs the customer about the amount of the final surcharge.
The product subject to a claim must be in an undamaged commercial condition, unused (the product has not been worn, washed, ironed, torn), clean, without foreign odors (such as creams, perfumes or cigarette smoke), with labels. The product must be protected from damage during transport and sent to the Supplier’s address. The shipment must be accompanied by: a goods receipt and a Form for exercising the right to claim.
When returning goods, the transport costs are at the expense of the User in both directions, unless the return is due to the fault of the ONLINE STORE. The return of the goods is always paid by the User, except in cases of a claim for a defective product or a wrongly sent product. In order for the return to be at the expense of the ONLINE STORE, the User must contact our representative by phone or through the contact form on the site, who will assess whether the claim is justified and confirm the return of the product at our expense.
In the event that the User wishes to replace or return a product, this can be done with a courier company at his/her request, with the exception of Bulgarian Post. On-site returns of shipments, personally by customers, to the specified address of the Supplier are not accepted. Only shipments sent by courier are accepted. After acceptance of the returned goods, the User will be informed by email about the arrival of the returned shipment. When returning a product, the refund of the amount due is within 14 days. Goods, the return or claim of which the Supplier cannot accept due to failure to meet the above conditions, will be sent back to the User at his/her expense. Hosiery, underwear (bikinis, bras, corsets, boxers, bodysuits), swimwear, jewelry, shoe protectors, cosmetics and perfumes are not subject to return or complaint.
