Orders, Shipping & Returns:

1. IS IT MANDATORY TO HAVE REGISTRATION TO SHOP FROM THE SITE?

You can shop both with registration and as a guest. We advise you to shop as a registered user to take advantage of all the site's functionalities.

2. CAN I ORDER ON FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM OR BY PHONE?

Orders can only be placed through the website. We do not accept orders via social media or by phone.

3. CAN I ORDER AN ITEM THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THE SITE?

Only items and sizes that are visible on the site can be ordered.

4. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR ORDERING?

You can pay by credit or debit card when finalizing your order, as well as pay in cash to the courier upon delivery (cash on delivery).

5. HOW DO I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF A SUCCESSFUL ORDER?

After finalizing your order, you will automatically receive an email confirming your purchase. It contains an order number that you can use to track its status.

6. HOW MUCH WILL DELIVERY TO MY ADDRESS/OFFICE COST?

For orders over 100 BGN, shipping is free. For orders under 100 BGN, the shipping fee is calculated according to the address you provide.

7. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

From 2-4 business days, and shipments are delivered the next business day, with express courier service from Speedy. ***During promotional campaigns, shipping and delivery times may vary.

8. WHICH COURIER COMPANY WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED WITH?

With the courier company Speedy, to the exact address or courier office specified by you.

9. CAN I COMBINE TWO OR MORE ORDERS?

Two or more orders cannot be combined.

10. CAN I RETURN A PURCHASED ITEM?

Yes, you can return an item purchased from the site within 14 days from the date of receipt.

11. WHOSE EXPENSE IS THE RETURN OF AN ITEM?

The return of item(s) is at the customer's expense, except in cases where "K and A Select" Ltd. has made an error when sending the order.

12. WHERE CAN I RETURN A PURCHASED ITEM?

13. IN WHAT TIME WILL I BE REFUNDED THE AMOUNT DUE?

Within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods.

14. CAN I BE REFUNDED FOR A PAYMENT I HAVE PAID?

All amounts due are refunded only by bank transfer after you have provided IBAN, BIC and account holder.

15. DO YOU OFFER THE “TEST AND REVIEW” OPTION?

The "Test and Review" service is currently not valid.
